We’ll start with a zoom session to get clear on what you really want. Our conversation will be determined by what work you want to do, but this will be the space where I get to tap into your inner whisper by listening deeply to you.

When you work with me you get my complete support, from follow-up emails or messages to continually seeking to find the right solutions or resources for you. When I’m in the garden I’ll be pondering your business to give you the best of my creative brain.

My goal is to do the work that you don’t want to do (ie design & build a website, create templates, etc), and provide you with the skills, tools & support to do the work you need to do in your business.

I am challenging and will push you in directions I know you can go, and that will benefit your business. A bit of tough love. But I’m also nurturing and nourishing - I know how hard this is, and how big it is stepping deeper into your creative business. I’m here as your guide.

During our time together I’ll seek, provide, create or make the worksheets, tools or resources you need. I’m an ideas person and will give you the best ways of stepping deeper into yourself and higher into your business.

This might be actual worksheets or printable tips, or it might be a video recorded just for you to show you how. Or perhaps it’ll be links to things to inspire, excite or uplift you.

After each session I send follow-up notes and action plan, as well as weekly to-do lists, ideas and things you don’t need to worry about.

I think it’s important to take things off our to-do lists as well, so I get clear on what is & what isn’t working in your business and your life. I’ll give you permission to stop posting on facebook or instagram, or provide ways to bring the joy back to those spaces.

You’ll receive clear actionable tips, insights & advice from me that works for you as a person, a creative soul & a business owner. Sometimes I’m challenging and will push you in new directions, but always when I know you’re ready.

• Once you book your first session you’ll receive a questionnaire to make you think deeply about your business & your creative work. It’s designed to challenge you to get clear on your inner desires & gives insight into the way forward, while also focusing on what matters to start or evolve your business.

• A 60-minute zoom call to connect & clarify

• Gather branding, mood-boards & your ideas

• 25% deposit is due

• You’ll receive access to your client dashboard, which is where we’ll communicate with each other during our project.

• I’ll guide you on how to prepare your content for web use - this is your images, copy (that’s the words on your website) & SEO (search engine optimisation).

• We’ll clarify any brand assets - such as your colours, fonts and simple text logo (or please provide your own if you already have them).

• You’ll fill in an in-depth questionnaire, this will guide my design of your site including the functionality & the look-&-feel.

• Based on the gathered inspiration & information I’ll start by designing your homepage. Once you’re happy with this I’ll design out the whole site, including blog, about, contact, services, etc

• Three rounds of revisions to make sure your site is exactly what you want

• 50% of payment due

• During the build-out phase I’ll create the whole website then we’ll have a zoom call to make sure our visions are aligned; there’ll be chance for tweaks at this stage

• Adding copy & content is a process that we do together - I like to teach you this aspect so you’re confident to be able to update your images and words as needed

• I’ll add in SEO - as supplied by you {*note - I can do SEO research for you at additional costs}

• I’ll connect all your integrations - such as social media, newsletters, payment processing, etc

• In this step I’ll make sure you’re happy with your new home on the internet - final revisions as needed

• Final 25% (+ any extra costs) due

• You’ll get a website tour, via zoom, as well as individual tutorial videos so you can update and edit your website

• The (almost) final step is to sign-up to SquareSpace, connect your domain and check any last minute details
