If you’re already a student in my online teaching school, you can log in here:

 If you’re having troubles logging into your student account, I changed my teaching school platform in early 2021, and maybe you’re trying to log into my older online school (which is closed now). You DO still have access to your course, as all my online courses are lifetime access, but you’ll need to make sure your account on my new platform is activated.

Here’s what to do:

  • The log in portal is here on Teachable (or click the button above)

  • If your email isn’t allowing you to log in, then please ask for a password re-set as you have (hopefully) been set up with an account, but do need to set your own password. You will receive an email directly from Teachable with the details on how to reset your password (make sure to check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up in your inbox)

  • If you’re receiving a message saying that your email is incorrect then perhaps you are using the wrong email address (I know I do this often), so please check that you’ve written your email correctly, or maybe somehow you haven’t been set up with an account (a few have slipped through my transfer system). If this is the case:

    • please contact me (ellie@petalplum.com.au) so I can check your email address against my details of your student enrolment into my other teaching platform, and I will manually enrol you into your courses.

    • if you’re unsure of which email you may have used when you originally joined, make sure to provide me with both options so I can find you more easily.

    • be patient if I take a few days to get back to you; I don’t have a VA or admin, and check / follow-up on my emails myself.

  • Teachable has an excellent page here with some troubleshooting ideas. Please do go and try these before you contact me as it helps both of us for you to login more quickly and easily.
