Replace the fear of unknown with Curiosity. Like children playing, we can explore ideas, have adventures, make mistakes, overcome fears of perfectionism, step through the ‘not being enough’ to being just right & let go of trying to please others and simply take pleasure in pleasing our curiosity.⠀

What leads you in your creative making and process?? I’d love to hear ⠀

Natural & Botanical dye lights me up. The excitement of putting some nature-based items into a pot of water, with a piece of fabric and the patience of time…. it’s a combination of art, science, magic and then letting Mother Nature do her ‘thing’. I teach online and in-real-life classes based around this magic, as well as sharing on my blog.

I’ve always loved styling and photography. Since I was a little girl, my sister & I would ‘rearrange’ our rooms or play with displays. We never knew it was an actual ‘thing’ back then. Since I joined Instagram, more than nine years ago, I’ve had the pleasure & joy of continuing that playful approach to how things look in photos. I’ve had a camera in my hand since I was at least 14yrs old and learned a fair bit since then about composition, lighting, styling and most importantly what makes us feel uplifted when we look at an image. Below are just a few of the brands I’ve worked with.
